- We reserve the right to adjust offers based on inspection, documentation, or market value discrepancies.
- Final payment or trade credit is contingent on our verification process.
5. Financing
Financing services are provided via third-party lenders integrated through partners like RouteOne and DealerCenter. By submitting a finance application, you consent to:

We are not a direct lender and do not guarantee loan approval or rates.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

11. SMS / Mobile Messaging
Maverick Motors DFW operates a transactional SMS/text message program. If you affirmatively opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on one of our website forms, you will receive recurring automated text messages from Maverick Motors at the mobile number you provided, covering appointment reminders, vehicle offer updates, order and service notifications, document requests, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to buy, sell, trade in, or finance a vehicle, or to use any other Maverick Motors service. You may use all of our services without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency: Recurring messages, up to 8 messages per month. Frequency varies based on your activity.

Opt-out and help: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email operations@maverickmotorsdfw.com.
Authorized user: By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS consent and opt-in data will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared with any third party. 12. Changes to These Terms
