- Title transfer and registration will be handled in accordance with applicable state laws.
4. Selling or Trading In a Vehicle
By submitting your vehicle for sale or trade:
- You certify that all information provided is accurate, and that you have legal ownership and authority to sell the vehicle.
- We reserve the right to adjust offers based on inspection, documentation, or market value discrepancies.
- Final payment or trade credit is contingent on our verification process.
5. Financing
Financing services are provided via third-party lenders integrated through partners like RouteOne and DealerCenter. By submitting a finance application, you consent to:
- A soft or hard credit inquiry
- Secure document verification
- Communication from our lending partners
We are not a direct lender and do not guarantee loan approval or rates.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

11. SMS / Mobile Messaging
Maverick Motors US LLC operates a transactional SMS/text message program. Opt-in is made only through a dedicated, standalone SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default, on our SMS sign-up page (maverickmotors.us/sms-signup). Existing logged-in customers may also manage SMS from the notification preferences on their account-settings page. SMS consent is not collected during checkout, vehicle-offer requests, financing, or account registration. If you affirmatively opt in by checking that box, you will receive recurring automated text messages from Maverick Motors at the mobile number you provided, covering appointment reminders, vehicle offer updates, order and service notifications, document requests, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to buy, sell, trade in, or finance a vehicle, or to use any other Maverick Motors service. You may use all of our services without opting in to SMS.
Message frequency: Recurring messages, up to 8 messages per month. Frequency varies based on your activity.
Carrier rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-out and help: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@maverickmotors.us.
Authorized user: By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years old.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All SMS consent and opt-in data will remain confidential and will not be sold or shared with any third party. 12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
